RENAP Certification Examination for Regional Applicants (Special Schedule)

Time: 5:00 PM
Where: National Kidney and Transplant Institute, East Avenue, Quezon City
- This is open only to regional nurse applicants (100 slots) who wish to take the individual certification examination as members of RENAP. Applicants from NCR will NOT be entertained for this particular schedule.
- Fill up the on-line Individual Certification application form and upload the required documents as described.
- All applications will be reviewed by the Certification Committee to determine eligibility.
- Applicants will be notified thru email of the status of their application; qualified applicants will be given instructions for payment.
- Send a reply to the notification email and attach a scanned copy of the deposit slip to confirm your examination slot.
- Deadline for submission of on-line applications will be on October 3, 2011.
- Last day for email confirmations with full payment will be on October 15, 2011.
- Qualified applicants must present the following on the day of the exam
- Original documents they have submitted online
- Bank deposit slip for issuance of receipt
- Printed copy of the confirmation email from RENAP which will serve as exam permit.

is this the same as the Accreditation Exam you hold every last Sunday of the month?

required po ba talaga ung renap id no. and expiration? wla pa po kasi kmi nun tnx

Yes, 6 months clinical experience is a pre-requisite, we will consider volunteer work as experience as long as you will be able to present a certificate from the hospital/facility you practiced in.
You may apply for membership together with your application for certification exam. We can only certify those who are already RENAP members.

ask lang po, panu po kung wala pang cerificate ng dialysis training pero may experience na po sa dialysis unit ng 1year?? pwde pa din po ba mag exam??
Is your dialysis experience of 1 year as a staff nurse in the unit? We would assume that prior to your being a staff, you should have undergone a training provided for by your unit. In which case, you may request for a certification of the length of training prior to your assumption of duty. Thanks.
